Magenta Florence Publishings
In the January of 2020, I had been accepted to study abroad through the University of Missouri. My trip was going to be based out of Barcelona, Spain, where I would work as a reporter for the span of the summer. Everything was going according to plan until March hit, and the entire world shut down due to COVID-19. I was heartbroken that I wouldn't be able to attend my study abroad trip. Nevertheless I prevailed and managed to get a remote internship with a newspaper and magazine called Magenta Florence Publishings. This company partners with Italy's daily newspaper, La Repubblica,  as an all-english news paper and weekly magazine -Tuscan Trends- filtering Italy's news to the world. After working for the company during the summer, I got to continue my work as a freelance reporter up until October, 2020.
